Export a single report

You can export all standard and custom reports to HMTL for easy emailing, sharing with colleagues, web publishing or storing for historical comparison. To export an individual report to HTML:

1.	Click the name of the report that you wish to export.

2.	From the Report menu, choose Export to HMTL.

3.	Navigate to where you want to save the .html file.

4.	Click Save.

Export List

Deep Log Analyzer also provides Export List feature that allows you to export multiple reports to a single framed HTML complex report. This complex format allows to navigate between exported group of reports in web browser. Export List is useful for easy publishing reports on the websites. This kind of export generates multiple HTML and .gif files in the directory you specify.

Export List can also be run automatically on schedule.

To export list of reports to HTML:

1.	Click Tools - Export List menu. Export Reports List Window will open

2.	Mark the check boxes near reports you want you want to include into export

3.	Navigate to where you want to save the .html files.

4.	You can save selected reports list and export path to an Export List Profile on top of the window. Click Save button. Later you can select this profile from the list.

5.	Click Export to start exporting reports.

Export chart

For the reports that contain graphical chart, you can export the graph as an image in .png format. To export a report's graph:

1.	Click the name of the report that contains the graph that you wish to export.

2.	Click the arrows to expand the menu to show all commands. Click Export Chart.

•	or right click on the chart in a report window and click Save to File

•	or press Alt+C

3.	The Save As dialog box opens.

4.	Navigate to where you want to save the file.

5.	Click Save.
